Operational Scope and Jurisdiction

All software systems, applications, and strategic IT consulting engagements delivered by ENABLEAI LTD are subject to strict technical specifications and professional service agreements. Clients retain ownership of proprietary source data while ENABLEAI LTD maintains underlying framework intellectual property.

Liability is capped in accordance with commercial contracts, and all disputes arising from software deployment or advisory services are governed exclusively by the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
